Have dealt with Todd & Susan for Hybrid service on a few occasions over the years and just recently purchased a Bolt from them. I bought my 2012 from Todd in 2019. I absolutely love my car, and convinced my mom to buy a Prius from him too! She has a 2013 and loves her car as much as I do. The staff at Tampa Hybrids is always kind, and they respond to texts and emails very efficiently. They have a comfortable wait room and free WiFi. They are very knowledgeable about the Prius and can help with pretty much any questions or issues, maintenance is very low on the Prius and affordable with Tampa Hybrids. I cannot express my gratitude for them. My car has 160k miles on it and is running with no issues. When my car’s time is up, I plan on purchasing another preowned Prius from them!
wish i could leave more stars. Toyota said i needed a $3500 fix, these buys got the problem fixed, correctly, for $300. They took their time explaining everything and even spent time educating me about my car and what to expect in the future. Super guys.
These guys have become my best friend. I'm on vacation and my prius broke down so I had it towed to a Toyota dealer in Cleveland OH. They estimated around $7,000 to get me back on the road. Their assessment didn't make sense that there was a problem with the transmission. I reached out to Tampa Hybrids who has cared for my car for years, seeking advice and they explained the issue was not the transmission. They explained a simple way to reset the car and once I get back to Florida in the next month or two they can fix it. Saved me money and saved my vacation.

I’ve now bought my second Prius from here, if you need a good Prius go here. I spent 3 months trying other avenues before coming here. Todd is very knowledgeable about Prius if you ever have a issue with the car he can tell you exactly is wrong with the car.
